Terms for Kamp Love websites, event registration, and ticket purchases.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to Kamp Love websites, event registration, tickets, and related services. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these terms and to any event-specific information presented during registration. Event-specific information may add details for an event but does not override the refund, cancellation, or transfer policies stated here.
Registration and payment
You agree to provide accurate registration and attendee information and to pay the price and fees shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. A registration is complete only after payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. To request a refund, contact Kamp Love with the purchaser's name, event, and order information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Stripe and the purchaser's financial institution.
Event cancellation
If Kamp Love cancels an event, buyers will receive a refund of the ticket price and service fee to the original payment method. Kamp Love will communicate cancellation and refund information using the contact information supplied with the order.
No attendee transfers or resale
Attendees may not transfer, assign, resell, or give a ticket to another person. Kamp Love may correct a clerical error in an attendee's information, but will not replace the registered attendee with a different person.
Event changes
Event schedules, locations, activities, speakers, and other details may change when reasonably necessary. A change that does not cancel the event does not automatically create a right to a refund, but Kamp Love will consider refund requests case by case.
Attendance and conduct
Attendees must follow event instructions, venue rules, safety requirements, and applicable law. Kamp Love may deny entry or remove a person whose conduct threatens safety, materially disrupts the event, or violates those requirements. Any refund in that circumstance is handled case by case.
Communications
You agree that Kamp Love may send transactional communications needed to administer your registration, including confirmations, tickets, receipts, schedule or location changes, safety information, and cancellation notices.
Service availability
We work to keep our websites and ticketing services available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. If a technical problem affects an order or payment, contact us so we can review the transaction and available records.
Open-source software notice
Kamp Love's ticketing service is a modified version of Hi.Events, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 with the additional terms included in its license. The corresponding source code for the version operated by Kamp Love is available at github.com/youlikemodernart/kampy-hi-events at no charge.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or operating requirements change. The version posted when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
